Beauty shop.
It is on Vernon Winfrey Ave in East Nashville, just a few streets from where Oprah went to High School (Nashville East High). Vernon was a former Nashville Town Councilman, the City renamed the street after him. His favorite saying is “I want to keep working and have meaning in life. When I can’t make folks look any better I’ll go home”.
